Description Natalie Lue with Robert Half is recruiting a Senior Merchandise Coordinator to support forecast accuracy and product flow for perishable CPG items. Role includes analyzing sales trends, managing demand plans, coordinating with sales and supply chain, and preparing reporting to ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time. Ideal for someone detailu2011oriented with experience in perishables, demand planning, or merchandising. The company works hybrid a minimum of 3 days onsite in San Francisco. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in a relevant field. u2022 4+ years of experience in supply chain, with at least 2 years in demand planning or forecasting within retail. u2022 Proficiency in demand planning tools, with experience in SAP or similar systems being advantageous. u2022 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. u2022 Exceptional analytical abilities and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. u2022 Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate across teams. u2022 Detail-oriented and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. u2022 Familiarity with supply chain logistics and budgeting techniques, including forecasting.
