Description: You will be the Property Analyst Mgr for the Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and compliance of company, customer, and U.S. Government property at the Orlando site. What You Will Be Doing As the Property Analyst Manager you will be responsible for leading the Orlando Asset Management organization and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Provide strategic leadership and dayu2011tou2011day oversight of the MFC Orlando Asset Management organization. + Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, contract requirements, and internal policies for property accountability. + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property analysts and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. + Partner with Contracts, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Program Management, Engineering, and Sustainment to support business objectives and contract execution. + Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and standardization to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and audit readiness. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Prior demonstrated leadership of a team u2022 Demonstrated experience working with Government/Customer representatives, DCMA Property Administrator, DCMA Plant Clearance Officers, Contracting Officers, and other stakeholder teams u2022 Subject matter expert of FAR/DFAR requirements and company policies u2022 Experience with Industry Leading Practices and Voluntary Consensus Standards related to Asset Management Desired Skills: u2022 Understanding of the 10 Property Management Outcomes and 22 Property Management elements u2022 Previous experience supporting internal and customer audits u2022 Knowledge of FIAR requirements u2022 Knowledge/experience utilizing PIEE GFP Module u2022 NPMA certification u2022 Previous experience/knowledge with 1LMX changes, SAP S/4 HANA, MMS, ECE, and other LM utilized tools u2022 Secret or Top Secret clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
