IAM Engineer

Description Weu2019re looking for an Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure authentication and authorization solutions across enterprise applications and cloud platforms. This role focuses on SSO, MFA, identity federation, and access governance, partnering closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams. Key Responsibilities + Design and support SSO and MFA solutions across internal and external applications + Implement and manage identity federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC) + Integrate IAM platforms with SaaS, cloud, and onu2011prem applications + Manage user lifecycle provisioning/deprovisioning + Conduct access reviews, entitlement audits, and policy enforcement + Support compliance initiatives (SOC 2, HIPAA, SOX, etc.) + Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access issues + Collaborate with security teams on zerou2011trust and leastu2011privilege initiatives Requirements Required Skills + IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, PingFederate, PingID, or similar + Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) + Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD + Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) + Experience supporting audit and compliance efforts Nice to Have + Privileged Access Management (PAM) + Automation or scripting (PowerShell, Bash) + Healthcare or financial services experience Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.u00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
