Job Summary Support the Executive Chef in leading culinary operations across the venue. The Executive Sous Chef will help oversee kitchen operations, maintain food quality standards, and ensure efficient production for events and hospitality programs. Qualifications + Culinary degree preferred + 5+ years of progressive culinary experience + Experience in high-volume kitchens or multi-outlet operations + Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards + Experience managing kitchen staff and scheduling Key Areas of Responsibility + Assist in managing daily kitchen operations + Supervise culinary staff and kitchen supervisors + Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards + Support menu development and culinary innovation + Maintain compliance with food safety regulations + Manage kitchen inventory and ordering processes + Assist with staffing and scheduling + Support event culinary production Curious about Life at Levy?
