Architectural Designer

Job Title: Project DesignerJob Description We are seeking a skilled Project Designer proficient in Revit to focus on designing areas such as commercial, retail, mixed-use, science and technology, hospitality, and multi-family residential projects, with a strong emphasis on mission-critical facilities. The role involves managing junior staff and fostering an environment of encouragement and growth. Responsibilities + Design projects using Revit, focusing on commercial, mission-critical, data centers, or multi-family and housing projects based on candidate alignment. + Emphasize construction documentation and technical coordination with MEP partners. + Create renderings and construction documentation. + Manage and mentor junior staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment. Essential Skills + 3+ years of architectural experience. + Proficiency in architectural material and systems detailing and envelope systems design. + Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes. + Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred. + Experience in providing design for mission-critical or multi-family housing projects. Work Environment The position is based in a Class A office space in Harbor East. While limited remote work is offered, candidates should be capable of commuting daily. The company provides a mid-sized office feel with about 130 employees, yet it competes on large-scale projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
