The primary responsibilities of this position are to assistthe Treasury Management team in ongoing administrative and superiorservice delivery to engaged Treasury Management customers. This positionpartners with Treasury Management sales team members to best addressTreasury Management customer needs. This position is an essential piecein facilitating ongoing excellence in Treasury Management. As a TreasuryManagement Support Specialist, you will: Assists the Treasury Managementteam in ongoing superior service delivery to engaged Treasury Managementrelationships. Handles the day-to-day Treasury Management customersupport needs through phone and email. Assists the Treasury Managementsales team with statement analysis, special project work and any otherteam related needs. Assists to follow up with customers on file andprocessing decision approvals. Assists in maintaining accurate datafiles and service inventory logs. Does ops do this task today? Assiststhe sales team with product and service implementation and user trainingas needed. Obtains and continually expands knowledge of all treasurymanagement products and services, including developing the ability toeffectively explain to clients/prospects all of the features andbenefits. Serves as a positive liaison between the Commercial BankingTeam and Operations, and between Customers and Operations, as well asall areas of the bank.
