JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job We are looking for a Director, CustomerSolutions (Multimodal) to lead our North American logistics solutionsand create long-term value, challenge the status quo, and findfulfillment in building solutions alongside customers. In this role, youwill work in partnership with Sales and Operations as thecustomer-facing solution designer. You will work to understand customerpain points, and shape solution options to assist customers and internalteams on the best path to measurable outcomes. This role serves as abridge between customer goals and our operational/technologycapabilities, turning complex logistics needs into clear solutiondesigns, value cases, and executable delivery approaches Our Team We area dynamic, cross-functional group dedicated to building strong customerrelationships and delivering differentiated logistics outcomes. We workacross sales, operations, product/technology, and supporting teams toimprove process efficiency, elevate service, and help customers achievetheir business and financial goals through transportation and logisticssolutions. What You Will Do Lead discovery conversations and workshopsto understand customer business goals, pain points, constraints, andsuccess metrics into solution requirements Develop and maintaintrusted relationships with customer stakeholders and decision makersTranslate customer needs into value hypotheses (cost, service, risk,growth) and define measurable outcomes for proposed solutions Designmulti-modal solutions spanning managed transportation and forwarding,including process, operating model, service levels, and supportingtechnology/integration needs Partner with operation teams to ensuresolutions are executable and compliant Collaborate closely withinternal teams to shape account strategies and position solutions thatalign with customer priorities. Present and demonstrate solutionapproaches clearly to technical and executive audiences Leadproofs-of-concept and evaluation plans to validate fit and quantifyvalue Ensure alignment with internal partners on scope, successmetrics, risks, timeline assumptions, and customer communicationsIdentify industry trends and operational opportunities to improveservice/cost Advocate for innovation in processes and technologiesthat improve customer outcomes. Document customer interactions andsolution decisions to support project progress and internal visibility.Ability to travel up to 50% Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience working in a logistics or transportation or freightforwarding or managed transportation or global forwarding roleExperience creating customized multimodal solutions to meet customerneeds Experience working with customers to understand pain points andtranslating them into structured solutions Experience...
