JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have a new career opportunity for afull-time Project Manager based out of our corporate office (Enterprise)in Appleton After initial onboarding onsite, this position could havethe opportunity for hybrid (~3 days onsite/week, 2 remote) workconsideration. However, candidates must reside in Wisconsin to beconsidered. The Project Manager will organize and implement largestrategic projects that involve IT systems, business applications andprocesses, cross department communication and collaboration leveragingstandard project management best practices. This includes leading andproviding direction to a cross-departmental resource team to supportstrategic business objectives and ongoing operations. This position willcreate executive level project proposals, status reports, and otherpresentations. As a project manager, your job is the successfulexecution of projects through proper planning, reporting, budgeting,resource alignment, documentation, and overall coordination of thespecific project. Project managers work closely with Senior andExecutive Leadership on proper scope and direction, as well as decisionmaking and status reporting. The primary responsibilities of the ProjectManager role include but are not limited to: Promoting and upholding theFox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values Coordinating internal resourcesand third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Coordinatingthe definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevantstakeholders and leading implementation Developing a detailed projectplan to track progress and results Measuring project performance usingappropriate systems, tools, and techniques Performing the necessary duediligence for reviewing and selecting vendors for the initiatives beingworked on Organizing project information across all resources and areasinvolved Providing input to overall project portfolio to assist inproject portfolio planning Monitoring project progress and creatingproject status reports for project managers and stakeholders Managingproject management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule,or scope statement, as directed by the Sr. Sponsor or project managerSupporting team members when implementing risk management strategiesCandidates for the Project Manager position should possess: Bachelor'sdegree in business administration, leadership or a related field FormalProject Management training and certification is required for examplePMP, Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master Three to five yearsof project experience, in support of the financial services industry,preferable Project coordination and organizational skills with theability to proactively identify anything that will take projects offschedule and find solutions to correct the problem Ability to monitormilestones and ensure they're completed according to timelines andbudgets Detail oriented; ability to manage multiple tasks and projectsand track project expenses at a detailed level against a budget and planStrong analytical skills: ability to apply logical solutions to businessproblems Ability to identify issues and properly document them TeamworkCurious about the credit union, its strategies, its businesses, and itspeople. Ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders and teammembers and be the liaison between business units, technology teams, andsupport teams.
