Title: Leasing Consultant Pay: $20.41-$22.00 DOE Hours: Monday u2013 Friday, 8:00 am u2013 5:00 pm Location: Littleton, CO Accepting Applications Until: 04/30/2026 Temp-to-Hire What you will do: Job Duties + u00b7 Serves as a point of contact between current/prospective tenants and property management.u00b7 Keeps track of all incoming applications; reaches out to applicants for missing documents or information, in compliance with all regulatory laws, rules, regulations and Company Policies.u00b7 Provides completed application of potential residents to the Property Management team.u00b7 Have prospect complete application, confidentially send the application and all documentation to the Compliance Manager for review/approval in accordance with the company procedures and program requirements.u00b7 Provides tours for potential residents and answers questions about the property or leasing processu00b7 Updates availability report at property level and follows up with applicant regarding status.u00b7 May coordinate move-in and move-out and associated inspections or walk-through.u00b7 May coordinate with maintenance or property management staff in order to maintain positive resident relations.u00b7 Supports property management team with recertification documentation, filing, file integrity and management as needed.u00b7 Other duties as assigned. Requirements: + High School Diploma or its equivalent.u00b7 Minimum 2 years experience in leasing and/or property management.u00b7 Experience in public housing and/or in LIHTC program is a plus.u00b7 Requires a valid Colorado driveru2019s license.u00b7 Knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices of subsidized housing programs, including Federal, state, and local housing regulations and operating requirements; and the ability to apply that knowledge to perform the essential functions of the position, is a plus.u00b7 Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Pointu00b7 Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal, financial, and human resources documents.u00b7 Ability to consistently demonstrate high quality decision making, keen problem solving, and astute analytical skills.u00b7 Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.u00b7 Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines.u00b7 Relate well to people from diverse backgrounds.u00b7 Ability to act with tact, good judgment, and discretion, and to maintain the confidentiality of matters, as appropriate.u00b7 Ability to interpret and understand financial information generated from property management software reports.
