Job Summary and Qualifications We are currently looking for an ambitious Supervisor of Rehab. As our Rehab Supervisor, you will supervise the delivery of therapy to patients. Also, you will provide consultation to and monitor the performance of the rehabilitation staff. If you are dedicated to caring for the well-being of others, this could be your next opportunity. Your duties and responsibilities may include: + You will demonstrate competency and perform consistently under non-routine conditions and complex situations. + You will coach others on performance and suggest ideas for development. + You will use knowledge to challenge current assumptions and practices. + You will significantly improve specific processes; while recommending and facilitating initiatives to improve stakeholder value. + You will drive key business improvements and results, participating as a subject matter expert. What qualifications you will need: + Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy; Master's degree preferred + Minimum of 2 yearsu2019 experience on an interdisciplinary Rehabilitation Team (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology); Leadership experience required + Current State of Florida Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist license required + Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) required Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills; ability to read/comprehend written instructions; ability to follow verbal instructions; PC skills Benefits HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
