Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and maintain a variety of advanced robotic and European equipment. The role involves working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as troubleshooting PLCs. A strong mechanical understanding, particularly in hydraulics, blueprints, and automation, is essential. Responsibilities + Troubleshoot and maintain robotics equipment. + Work with advanced European machinery. + Troubleshoot PLCs; programming knowledge is an advantage. + Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Understand and work with switches and automation systems. Essential Skills + Experience in robotics, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Strong knowledge in automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and work with three-phase systems. + Welding skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Certified Electrician certification is preferred. + 1-2 years of solid mechanical maintenance experience. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role involves working primarily with concrete surfaces. The schedule is typically 7 am - 4 pm, with occasional shifts from 6 am-3 pm or 9 am-6 pm. Currently, the team works six days a week with plans to transition to a five-day workweek, and overtime may be required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fayetteville, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
