Job Title: Water/Wastewater Engineer (PE/PM) Job Description We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Professional Engineer for our Evansville office. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a multi-talented and creative engineer interested in solving complex water and wastewater engineering challenges. Responsibilities + Engage in all phases of municipal water and wastewater treatment process design, including conceptual and feasibility evaluations. + Prepare design reports and develop contract documents. + Provide bidding assistance and support construction engineering services. + Collaborate on projects involving water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems for municipal clients across Indiana. + Participate in stormwater and transportation engineering projects. + Mentor junior team members and assist in managing client interactions. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar discipline (Master's or Ph.D. is a plus). + Registered as a Professional Engineer in Indiana or Kentucky, or ability to obtain reciprocity. + Expertise in water/wastewater engineering treatment process and plant design. + Experience in hydraulic engineering for planning and designing pump stations, collection systems, and distribution systems. + Excellent communication skills. + Strong work ethic and organizational skills. + Proficiency in GPS-X, Visual Hydraulics, and Civil 3D. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working with a civil consulting firm is beneficial. + Familiarity with treatment plant modeling software such as GPS-X and Visual Hydraulics. Work Environment The office environment is laid-back yet can be deadline-intensive at times. We value a family feel and strong team dynamic. Business casual attire is expected. Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to start earlier or later. There is an opportunity for a modified work schedule allowing for a half-day on Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Evansville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
