Validation and testing of inbound raw materials is occasionally required.Job Details:Pay: $21.58 - $33.20 /HrResponsibilitiesUphold all safety practices to prevent injury from unsafe work practices and conditions. Report all safety hazards to managementBatch Syrup as per CCNA recipeClean and sanitize the syrup room and associated equipment including tanks, lines, manifolds, valves, floors and walls using required personal protective equipment (PPE) and according to relevant work instructions and SSOPsPerform analysis of incoming, in process and finished materials using analytical standardized proceduresReceive, monitor and report on concentrate and raw material inventoriesUtilize recipe management computer systemBecome certified to operate a Powered Industrial Truck/Forklift (PIT) to move raw materialsFollow all required work instructions, work aids and forms as they pertain to Quality, Environmental, Safety & Food Safety PoliciesUnderstand, monitor and act accordingly to support the following: ISO/GFSI compliance, FDA/USDA regulatory requirements, Food Safety & Quality Programs as implemented by the companyKeep accurate and detailed documentationRequirementsHigh School Diploma (or GED) required2+ years Lab technician experience required1+ years Production/ manufacturing experience required or1+ years Mixing and Batching experience in the food of beverage industry preferredFamiliarity with lab safety, handling hazardous materials and able to lift 65 poundsMust be computer proficient, Microsoft SuiteDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracyApply Now and Share a Coke with SwireBase pay range is $21.58 to $33.20 plus bonus structure (dependent on role).
