JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Client Account Manager I supportsdaily client delivery activities, ensuring prompt responses to clientinquiries and accurate reporting. This role is focused on executingestablished processes, supporting client interactions, and applyingfoundational aspects of transportation and energy industry bestpractices. This position is located onsite in Green Bay, WI. JOBRESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day delivery for clients acrossBreakthrough's book of business, including Fortune 500 companies andleading supply chain organizations. Oversee assigned core productaccounts, apply established processes, and exercise autonomy to makedecisions and deliver outcomes. Responsible for driving operationalexcellence and client satisfaction, ensuring consistent execution andcommunication and delivering accurate and timely reports Build andmaintain strong client relationships; respond promptly to inquiries andresolving issues. Drive client roadmap alignment and execution.Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs, deliversolutions, and resolve undefined issues, while enabling transparency bydocumenting information in internal systems such as Salesforce andConfluence. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and high attentionto detail ensuring minimal errors Lead client meetings, businessreviews, and strategic planning sessions by owning content preparation,agenda alignment, and follow-up notes. Coordinate end-to-end clientimplementation activities and strategic projects, prioritizinginitiatives based on client value and urgency. Support clients' use ofinternal platforms (FELIX) and publications Identify basic issues usingmetrics and support resolution efforts. Proactively seek opportunitiesto improve processes and client experience. Participate in ongoinglearning and development to master foundational processes. Monitoraccount health and proactively address risks. Track and report on keyperformance indicators (KPIs).
