This multiu2011unit dining program includes: + 1 fullu2011service cafu00e9 + 5 microu2011kitchens + A premier executive catering center with 6 meeting rooms + Robust catering services You will oversee a management team of 4 and a frontline team of 16, ensuring flawless execution across all service lines. What You'll Do + Lead daily operations across the cafu00e9, five microu2011kitchens, catering program, and executive meeting center, ensuring flawless service and a refined guest experience. + Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary onu2011site partner and trusted advisor for all diningu2011related needs. + Drive operational excellence and financial performance through effective planning, forecasting, labor management, and continuous improvement. + Develop, mentor, and inspire a highu2011performing team, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork. + Oversee executive catering and meeting services with precision, ensuring elevated, detailu2011driven experiences for VIP guests and leadership events. + Champion Sodexou2019s standards of quality, safety, and innovation while identifying opportunities to enhance the dining program and elevate the overall hospitality experience.
