Pine St. Clinic located in Springfield, MA,Prospect Center located in East Longmeadow, MA, and Park St. Cliniclocated in West Springfield, MA. Our outpatient clinics providehigh-quality care with an outpatient community behavioral healthsetting. About the Role: The Intake Clinician will be the initial accessto care for those seeking services in the Springfield, West Springfieldand East Longmeadow areas. We provide support and services for ages 5through the life span. You will provide initial assessments andreferrals in the Outpatient setting, both in office and via telehealth.Key Responsibilities: Provide annual comprehensive assessments toclients receiving psychiatric services with an emphasis on evaluatinglevel of care needs. Discuss and submit referrals to other supportiveservices. Ensure confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.Build and maintain a strong collaborative relationship with bothinternal and external treatment teams as appropriate. Provide initialand annual comprehensive assessments to clients seeking and receivingoutpatient and psychiatric services with an emphasis on evaluating levelof care needs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Engage professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling,or other closely related field Massachusetts Independent BehavioralHealth License -LICSW preferred, will consider LMHC. 1+ years in anoutpatient behavioral health setting. Ability to have a clear drivingrecord and pass CORI, background checks as required for the role Strongcommunication, organizational, collaboration and documentation skillsSUCCESS FACTORS: To excel in this role, you will be a thought provoking,innovative and detailed orientated Clinician.
