They are an extension of the leadership team (director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and/or house supervisor) and must conduct themselves as such. QualificationsJob Requirements:Associate's Degree in Nursing required,Licensed as an RN in the State of New JerseyBLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.At least one year of experience as a Staff RN on a Medical/Surgical unit is requiredPreferred Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in nursingRate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
