Virtual assistant

GTM LLC is a video game company that is starting to work with YouTubers and content creators to bring them on to make videos for the company. We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and respond to partnership inquiries from creators who are interested in working with our brand.This is a remote position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with creators online. Strong written English skills are required since most communication will happen through email and Discord. During slower periods when there are fewer messages to respond to, candidates who have video editing or content creation skills may also assist with basic company YouTube content tasks such as editing videos or preparing creator content. That skill is not a requirement but a huge plus! Respond to messages from YouTubers and content creators through email or Discord Answer basic questions about our partnership or affiliate program Guide creators through the onboarding process Keep track of conversations and update lead lists Follow communication templates when responding to inquiries Escalate important opportunities to the management team Optional responsibilities during downtime if the candidate has the skills Assist with editing company YouTube videos Help prepare or organize content for the company channel Perform basic video editing or content preparation tasks for the company channel Strong written English communication skills Friendly and professional communication style Experience using Discord, email, or social media messaging is a plus but can be taught Organized and reliable with the ability to track multiple conversations Basic understanding of YouTube or online content creators is helpful Video editing or content creation experience is a plus but not required Written English communication Customer support or messaging communication Discord or online community platforms Organization and lead tracking Basic computer and internet skills Video editing or content creation (optional) Part-time Roughly 4 hours per weekday. Weekends off (unless candidate wants to). Possibility for more hours if skilled in video editing. $2 USD per hour Monthly guaranteed payment depending on candidate
