This is a hybrid work opportunity.Responsibilities: Lead the development efforts in the field of Gen AI, including developing new algorithms, models, and techniques for analyzing and interpreting enterprise data Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for innovation and research in the field of Gen AI Keep updated with the latest research and trends in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in Gen AI Lead/work with a team of engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of GenAI/AI projects Team closely with cross-functional teams to develop proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes that demonstrate the potential of Gen AI Partner and collaborate with other technology groups, including architects, GenAI engineering team, and designers, to act as a thought leader for Gen AI, Gen AI roadmaps, and next generation technology direction Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications: Minimum eight years of recent experience in development background implementing SDLC projects; minimum five years of recent experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required Proven experience in bringing in AI platforms/Solutions to solve business problem and make a business impact; hands-on experience with Python, Azure AI services or similar capabilities on other cloud platforms Strong leadership skills, experience managing and working with cross-functional team of developers and engineers; hands-on experience developing applications with AI technologies preferably GenAI; strong digital skills, fast learner on emerging technology and new ways of working Ability to understand the long-term (
