This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: Description:Description:The Process Analyst II is responsible for creating, maintaining, andgoverning clear, accurate, and standardized systems and processdocumentation. This role partners with business, operations, andtechnical teams to translate complex system workflows into user-friendlydocumentation using Microsoft Word, approved Word templates, Snagit, andSharePoint. The Process Writer ensures documentation meets qualitystandards, follows established writing guidelines, and is maintained asa single source of truth for operational use.- Create, edit, and maintain end-to-end process and systems documentation, including methods & procedures, job aids, and reference guides, using Microsoft Word and standardized Word templates.- Translate complex system workflows and operational steps into clear, concise, and consistent written instructions for diverse audiences.- Apply documentation best practices, including consistent terminology, structured formatting, version control, and audience-appropriate language.- Use Snagit to capture, annotate, and maintain screenshots and visuals that accurately reflect system behavior and support written steps.- Ensure visuals are clearly labeled, current, and aligned with documented instructions.- Adhere to established documentation standards and writing guidelines, including reuse of content, linking to authoritative sources, and avoiding duplication of maintained content.- Apply document controls such as draft/pilot indicators, revision history, and required disclaimers as appropriate.- Participate in document reviews to ensure accuracy, clarity, compliance, and readiness for publication.Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousandsof clients across the globe.
