Bonita National Golf and Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a seasonal Pool Attendant Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Responsibilities:Provide excellent service to members and guests in the pool area.Monitor pool activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas following daily procedures.Support overall pool operations with a hospitality-first municate clearly and professionally with members and team members.Qualifications:1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions.Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend availability required.Outdoor role in a resort-style, member-focused environment.If you enjoy creating positive experiences and take pride in maintaining a beautiful facility, we'd love to hear from you.
