Executing and managing full life-cycle recruitment process to attract and source high quality leadership, executive level candidates and technical roles, including software/web/database development (e.g. AEM, Sitecore, Java, SQL, Hadoop), DevOps(e.g. hosting engineers, consulting architects, site reliability engineers), Frontend Development, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Software Engineering and Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure (storage, networking, database, etc.), Data, UI/UX, Cloud, Virtualization, Project Management and Mobile applications developers. Maintaining and managing database information (Potentially utilizing several ATS and/ or CRM applications). Interacting and Assist team by using Slack, Microsoft Teams to Write new or publish existing job ads for open position(s) on authorized job boards and other advertising channels. Create Business Intelligence reports to help management to track KPIs, highlight performance shortfalls, challenges and quantify opportunities for making critical decisions Utilize data analytics and knowledge of complex recruitment issues (i.e., data gathered during sourcing, labor market supply/demand, workforce trends, competitive intelligence) to influence and advise on the acquisition of talent. Perform feasibility studies, and evaluate user requirements. Must be willing to travel for setting up various systems to various clients at unanticipated locations within the United States for short term and long term durations.
