Job DutiesAs a key member of the North America Pest Elimination Marketing team, the Segment Marketing Manager for the Industrial / F&B Segment, accelerates profitable growth by driving strategic programs and initiatives that strengthen Ecolab's market position. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles and B2B approaches, such as identifying and prioritizing target customers, assessing their unique needs, and introducing innovative solutions. Success comes from turning customer insights into clear actions through close partnership with sales, operations, and key accounts-driving measurable, commercial results.What You Will Do:Strategic Planning & Go-to-MarketLead go-to-market strategy and execution to drive profitable growth, expand brand awareness, and capture new opportunities across priority mercialize innovative Pest Intelligence programs and serve as segment SME, overseeing market tests and supporting key customer pilots.Drive incremental revenue through targeted sales initiatives and activation of Pest Intelligence value propositions.Collaborate cross-functionally and with technical consultants to uncover customer needs and shape digital solutions that grow market share.Analyze customer feedback and KPIs to inform positioning, optimize performance, and guide strategic actions.Sales Enablement & Competitive IntelligenceProvide the sales teams with leadership and marketing support, including technically focused sales tools, training on innovation and transformational changes, competitive intelligence, and actionable reporting.Develop and implement strategies to grow with key corporate customers, including building cross-functional and cross-divisional networks to drive a unified and consistent approachParticipate in ongoing customer interactions to drive business growth and insightsAssist in developing sales and customer training programs and technical sales tools to support sales in response to complex customer and competitive needs.Market Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationMonitor market trends using multiple channels and regularly collaborate and share actionable insights with the Marketing organization and key leaders.Strengthen the Ecolab brand within the segment by collaborating with sales, marketing communications, and the enterprise to build and leverage strategic partnerships with industry groups and customersStay current on industry standards, technology trends, and regulatory practices and understand the impact on business.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing with 7 years of experience or MBA in Marketing with 5 years of experienceDemonstrated success in marketing strategy developmentImmigration sponsorship not available for this rolePreferred Qualifications:Marketing experience in a B2B environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration toolsConfidence with financial analysisStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to navigate complex organizational structuresEffective communicator across all organizational levelsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; adept at using data to inform actionsCan handle uncertainty and is able to set direction while quickly adjusting to new business needs or learningHighly collaborative, creative, and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment#LI-HybridAnnual or Hourly Compensation RangeThe base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
