This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsWe are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Global Workplace Services (GWS) team. This role will focus on business process alignment/analysis, and lead IT Data solutions.Responsibilities:Work with various teams, stakeholders, and business owners to elicit requirements and align process changes.Support Snowflake data ingestion, modeling, and performance optimization; leverage SnowPro certifications (Core/Advanced) to guide best practices.Manage data quality, governance, and scalable pipelines across AWS/Azure Data Lake environments, ensuring secure and reliable data operations.Drive integration and solution design across Cloud (AWS/Azure) platforms, incorporating AI/ML and Generative AI-based automation where applicable.Build and enhance datasets, dataflows, and dashboards in Power BI, utilizing Power BI Data Analyst (PL300) certification knowledge for highquality analytics delivery.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and municate clearly and consistently with Business, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout various project phases.Experience with configuring application settings, user management of cloud applications.Take ownership of technical solutions from design, Various Data Integrations, Data Security, Data access and architecture perspective, ensure the right direction.Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.Test enhancements and bug fixes; coordinate user acceptance testing.API Integrations with third party tools and Project Management skillsEnsure deliverables are completed within timelines.Troubleshoot and resolve user issuesContinuous Improvement, Mitigating the risks within business processes and IT solutionsProcess automations experience good to have like UIPATH, AI Automations and Advanced Data AnalyticsPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience with HTML, SQL, Web applications, .Net integrations, moderate AI/ ML capability driven transformation.Certifications and Previous Experience in Snowflake and Power BI AnalyticsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical fieldEight years of experience in roles such as Business Process Associate,
