Ability to read and understand production work orders, instructions, and safety procedures. Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and production tracking. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts). Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 40-50 lbs. Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks.
