This position is under the direct supervision of the Court Attorney and the overall direction of the Chief Deputy Probate Register; the Legal Assistant provides high-level administrative and legal support to the Probate Court. This position assists with case processing, legal documentation, specialized court programs, and coordination of court-related projects.See full job description link below.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of two (2) years of probate court or law firm experience in an administrative or legal support role required.Associate's degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred but not required.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and court case management systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Annual Salary: $56,600Snapshot of our Benefits:Health Insurance PlansDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance Provided by WCPCHealth and Dependent Flexible Spending AccountsRetirement PlanOptional Roth IRA and 457 Retirement PlansGenerous Paid Time Off including 14 paid holidays per yearGENERAL INFORMATION: Management will make all determinations as to what assessments will be used to establish qualifications.
