Job Description - Own endu2011tou2011end delivery of crossu2011functional IT programs with fixed business deadlines, coordinating across GTM, Finance, FP&A, RevOps, Data, and Engineering teams. - Lead enterprise integrations across IT infrastructure (devices, installations, licensing), employee platforms (SharePoint, Google Workspace), Salesforce access and licensing, particularly an M&A background. - Translate business objectives into clear IT scope, integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence. - Drive dayu2011tou2011day execution, issue resolution, and risk mitigation to ensure onu2011time, highu2011quality delivery. - Establish and maintain strong governance, including status reporting, dependency tracking, and executiveu2011ready communications. - Partner closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, manage tradeoffs, and ensure alignment across teams. - Ensure system, data, and reporting readiness to support businessu2011critical launches and transitions. Identify downstream impacts and integration points across CRM, finance, data, and reporting platforms. - Serve as the single point of accountability for delivery, escalation, and crossu2011team coordination.
