Mechanical Designer

Our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Mechanical Designer to join their team. As a Mechanical Designer , you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting crossu2011functional project and design teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , excellent problemu2011solving skills , and collaborative communication abilities , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mechanical Designer Location: Hybrid San Jose, CA. Whatu2019s the Job? + Create mechanical design blueprints from concept through final detailed drawings. + Collaborate with engineers to refine and validate mechanical designs. + Develop rough drafts, detailed design iterations, and final product blueprints. + Support manufacturing, testing, and quality teams during product development. + Identify design issues and contribute to redesign efforts as needed. Whatu2019s Needed? + Experience as a Mechanical Designer, Drafter, or similar role. + Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.). + Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes. + Ability to collaborate crossu2011functionally with engineering and QA teams. + Willingness to support hybrid work, possible overtime, and limited travel.
