Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description A client is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor for a permanent position based in Stuart, FL. This role will be responsible for supervising employees and performing all aspects necessary for the manufacturing processes used in the manufacturing of Turbine Engine components. The Manufacturing Supervisor must be ready to deal with a particular situation, decide upon a course of action, and implement swiftly to return to the normal working environment. They will oversee several simultaneous projects with the proper delegating skills and the precise amount of involvement without interference, allowing the specifically designated personnel to perform their tasks.
