Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow development, Community Portals, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in REST APIs, JSON-based integrations, ServiceNow portals (including Community Portals), and large-scale enterprise environments. PR: $50-$55/hr. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems u2022u2003Lead CX Systems development and architect solutions with ServiceNow integrations development with Hotwireu2019s enterprise platforms (Salesforce, CMDB, monitoring, ERP, and customer-facing systems) u2022u2003Develop and customize ServiceNow modules including: ou2003ITOM / TSOM ou2003CMDB ou2003CSM (Customer Service Management) ou2003ServiceNow Portals, Community Portals, and custom web portals u2022u2003Design and build Community Portal experiences for customers and partners, including: ou2003Knowledge, case management, and self-service workflows ou2003Custom widgets and UI components ou2003Portal branding, UX customization, and performance optimization u2022u2003Build and enhance ServiceNow scoped applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and business rules u2022u2003Develop client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and Service Portal / Community Portal widgets u2022u2003Implement and maintain CMDB data models, Discovery integrations, and Service Mapping u2022u2003Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions u2022u2003Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines u2022u2003Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers u2022u2003Support platform upgrades, deployments, and production troubleshooting ________________________________________ Required Qualifications u2022u20033+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience u2022u2003Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integration patterns u2022u2003Proven experience developing within the ServiceNow platform, including: ou2003TSOM / ITOM ou2003CMDB ou2003CSM ou2003ServiceNow Portals and Community Portals u2022u2003Strong proficiency in: ou2003JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting) ou2003Glide APIs ou2003Script Includes u2022u2003Experience building customer-facing and partner-facing portal solutions u2022u2003Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments u2022u2003Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications u2022u2003ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS u2013 ITOM/CSM) u2022u2003Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management u2022u2003Knowledge of OAuth, MID Servers, and integration security best practices u2022u2003Experience with UX design considerations for ServiceNow Community Portals u2022u2003Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability ServiceNow implementations
