Job Title: Engineering Specialist Job Description In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise in data and systems to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for maintaining and testing product data, pricing, rules, and notes, playing a crucial role in system integration, project management, and dashboard development. This position offers the flexibility of either a hybrid or remote work environment, depending on your location. Responsibilities + Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to improve customer experience and deliver business results. + Maintain and test product data, pricing, rules, and notes based on business needs. + Perform data maintenance activities such as product definition, selection rules, pricing, proposal/submittal enhancement, and drawing implementation. + Complete extensive testing before releasing program updates to the field sales organization and external customers. + Support project schedule maintenance for all products and manage the monthly replication cycle with accurate data and changes. + Address issues reported by sales offices, product support, and pricing teams, including equipment selection and order management. + Enhance data for VRF/Ductless selection in selection systems, including database optimization and user interface improvements. + Collaborate with product management to develop effective reporting and analytics to support portfolio and sustainability strategies. + Standardize documentation for consistency and simplification. + Actively participate in new product development projects to ensure a premier customer experience at launch. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree required; engineering or other technical field strongly preferred. + One to two years of experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, including product management, engineering, marketing/sales, field support, or manufacturing operations. + Foundational understanding of data maintenance systems and software development processes. + Proficient with modern digital tools and platforms. + Detail-oriented and quality-minded individual who excels both independently and in a team setting. + Clear and confident communicator with strong executive presence. + Proactive and curious with a tenacious approach to growth. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of HVAC or similar products is beneficial but not required; specific product training will be provided. + Customer-centric with a strong service and process mindset. + Familiarity with Lean concepts is preferred, with a passion for process excellence. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
