Description Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is placing a Director of Human Resources on a direct hire basis in Illinois. The full time onsite position for the Director of Human Resources will have several direct reports to oversee HR for company with multiple sites throughout Illinois. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for benefit administration, performance management, compensation, HR analytics, succession planning, employee engagement and employee training and development. This position will work with Supervisors to train and develop their staff to be the best they can be. They annual salary for the Director of Human Resources will be up to 130K. Look me up on LInked In Responsibilities: u2022 Lead and manage all aspects of employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment. u2022 Oversee benefits administration, including 401k plans and wellness programs, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. u2022 Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with company goals and market standards. u2022 Utilize HR analytics to evaluate workforce trends and support data-driven decision-making. u2022 Design and execute succession planning initiatives to prepare for future leadership needs. u2022 Coordinate employee engagement activities to boost morale and strengthen organizational culture. u2022 Facilitate training programs for staff and supervisors to enhance skills and attention to detail in development. u2022 Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards across all company locations. u2022 Collaborate with management to align human capital strategies with business objectives. u2022 Generate ad hoc reports to provide insights and support strategic planning. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management. u2022 Proven expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and human capital strategies. u2022 Strong knowledge of HR compliance standards and practices. u2022 Experience developing and conducting effective training sessions for employees and supervisors. u2022 Proficiency in data analytics and reporting to inform decision-making. u2022 Familiarity with compensation planning and management. u2022 Ability to manage multiple sites and oversee direct reports effectively. u2022 Excellent leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and drive results.
