Job Title: Assembler/Fabricator Job Description An Assembler is responsible for assisting in the assembly of industrial HVAC units under close supervision. The role includes tasks such as caulking, squaring, cleaning, peeling plastics, Jamb Installation, blower canvas installation, and proper snip use. Responsibilities + Assist in the assembly of industrial HVAC units. + Perform tasks such as caulking, squaring, cleaning, peeling plastics. Essential Skills + Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16 inch. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Experience with power tools, assembly, construction, carpentry, mechanical, and hand tools. + Familiarity with framing, power tools, and installation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with power tools such as drills, grinders, and sanders. + Ability to clean work areas and maintain equipment. + Physical stamina and ability to perform job functions. Work Environment The work hours are from 5 AM to 3 PM, with occasional Friday work required for up to 8 hours. The work environment is physically demanding, with a focus on standing, kneeling, and crawling during job functions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holmen, WI.
