CNC Machninist About the Role Join a highu2011performing manufacturing team where youu2019ll operate CNC lathes and mills, perform basic setups, and ensure precisionu2011machined parts meet engineering specifications. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, problemu2011solving, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities + Plan machining sequences to efficiently produce highu2011quality parts. + Install, adjust, and maintain worku2011holding devices and baru2011feed systems. + Inspect part dimensions and surface finishes; make corrections as needed. + Deburr parts and maintain accurate SPC charts. + Organize tooling, monitor coolant and oil levels, and complete TPM tasks. + Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, including HPT and CAPA activities. Essential Skills + Handsu2011on experience with CNC machining. + Strong proficiency operating CNC lathes. + Ability to perform machine setups. + Solid blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Preferred Qualifications + Previous experience as a lathe machinist. + Familiarity with machining processes and shopu2011floor best practices.
