Job Description We are seeking an experienced Outbound Outreach Specialist to support one of our PBM clients. This role is heavily phone-based and focused exclusively on outbound calls to provider offices to obtain additional clinical and administrative information required for medication review and authorization workflows. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and experienced working in healthcare environments involving providers, insurance companies, or PBMs. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Make outbound calls only 10+ outbound calls per hour to physician and provider offices u2022u2003Contact providers to request and collect: ou2003Additional clinical information ou2003Diagnosis details ou2003Medication information ou2003Supporting documentation aligned with PBM guidelines u2022u2003Clearly explain outreach purpose and guide provider offices on required information u2022u2003Accurately document all call outcomes and details in internal systems u2022u2003Perform heavy data entry while maintaining accuracy and compliance u2022u2003Follow established call scripts, outreach guidelines, and training protocols u2022u2003Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete information capture We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
