Coordinates data collection and submission for NDNQI participation and benchmarking. + Participates in quality improvement activities to improve processes and patient care. + Demonstrates effective communication skills with all team members, patients, and families, promoting cooperation, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity. + Maintains satisfactory participation and attendance at required and non-required meetings and staff development programs. + Other duties as assigned.
