What Youu2019ll Do + Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across the facility + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, components, and equipment + Use hand tools and power tools daily (grinders, saws, drill press, hydraulic pullers, etc.) + Maintain and repair pumps, piping, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, lubrication systems, and more + Work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems + Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals + Modify or build equipment to support production needs + Document work using maintenance software systems + Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve reliability and efficiency + Operate forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely What You Bring + High School Diploma or GED + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience + Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability + Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical basics, and preventative maintenance + Ability to weld, align equipment, and read blueprints + Experience with industrial tools and diagnostic equipment + AA degree in Industrial Maintenance is a plus (not required) Why Youu2019ll Love Working Here + No weekend shifts u2014 enjoy reliable worku2011life balance + Consistent fullu2011time schedule + Strong team culture focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement + Opportunity to work with diverse industrial equipment and grow your skill set + Supportive environment with room for advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Liberty, IA.
