Commercial Carpenter

Job Title: Commercial Carpenter - Atchison, KS Job Description We are seeking experienced carpenters to join our dynamic team working in crews ranging from 3 to 10 members. This position requires adaptability to non-climate-controlled environments and proficiency in carpentry techniques. Ideal candidates will have over three years of carpentry experience, possess strong attention to detail, and be knowledgeable in safety protocols including OSHA standards. Responsibilities + Work collaboratively in crews of 3-10 members on small to mid-sized commercial projects. + Perform cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming of surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and a smooth finish. + Utilize brushing, rolling, and spraying techniques on both interior and exterior surfaces. + Mix paints to achieve precise colors and finishes, including matte, gloss, and textured coatings. + Patch holes, smooth seams, and prepare drywall for painting. + Demonstrate familiarity with primers, sealers, epoxies, and specialty coatings used in commercial construction. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in carpentry. + Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. + Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2+ years' experience in commercial carpentry. + Ability to use hand tools and power tools efficiently. Why Work Here?
