How you will make an impact We are seeking highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our 2-year Apprentice Program. This program provides early-career talent with exposure to core AIG business functions while building technical capability, business acumen, and professional skills. Our A pprentices contribute to real work that supports team and organizational priorities while developing the foundation for long-term career success. Throughout the program, A pprentices will learn new skills through meaningful on-the-job experiences , collabor ate across teams, and participat e in structured development activities. Key Responsibilities + Contribute to team initiatives and business-aligned projects to build foundational knowledge + Gather and interpret information to inform decisions and support basic analysis and team use + Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis + Participate in meetings and cross-functional collaboration + Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies + Apply performance feedback to continually improve effectiveness + D evelop a strong understanding of business processes and platforms What Youu2019ll Need to Succeed + Curious learners who ask questions and seek growth + Team players who value cross-functional collaboration + Self-starters who take ownership of their work + Proactive contributors who c omplete assigned tasks accurately and timely + Demonstrate professionalism in communication and business conduct + Individuals interested in business, operations, data, technology, and insurance Requirements + Not currently participating in another apprenticeship program/internship (virtual or in-person) + Candidate for an associate degree to be received no later than May 2027 at Perimeter College + H as completed at least 30 semester credit hours + Eligible to work in the United States + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Strong analytical, problem-solving , and communication skills (written and verbal) + Demonstrated accountability and willingness to learn What You Will Gain + Hands-on business experience + Structured development and feedback + Exposure to cross-functional teams + Expanded insurance and business acumen + A strong foundation for long-term career growth Program Dates Our 202 6 Business Analyst Rotational Apprentice Program will run from August 2026 to May 2028 . Following completion of the first year of the program (working part time) and an associateu2019s degree in May 2027 , Apprentices will be considered for a full-time role to continue with the second half of the program and rotations. Locatio n Early Career Apprentice positions are in-person opportunities and are available in AIGu2019s state-of-the-art Atlanta Innovation Hub in Brookhaven , GA.
