Nurse Supervisor LPN Adult Day Care

Oversee two or more RNs and/or LPNs/LVNs, including interviewing,hiring, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements. Monitor the health and medical condition of individualsserved. Manage the administration of medications, performance ofphysicals, provision of treatments, and scheduling of medicalappointments. Evaluate nursing care, observe nursing activities, andinspect patient facilities for cleanliness and comfort. Plan andorganize orientation and in-service training for staff members.Qualifications Current Massachusetts LPN licensure required. Minimum 2years of managerial experience and 2 years of experience working withadults in a health care setting. Strong leadership qualities, attentionto detail, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and meetdeadlines. Effective communication skills to manage relationships withvendors and employees. A reliable, responsible attitude and acompassionate approach.
