Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing member engagement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to deliver impactful solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Act as the business lead for the phased development of the member engagement operational data platform, ensuring alignment with strategic needs and organizational priorities. u2022 Oversee project interdependencies, coordinating with vendors and partners to support seamless implementation phases. u2022 Represent and prioritize business use cases across teams, providing clear communication on rationale behind decisions to stakeholders. u2022 Design and implement future-focused consumer engagement enablement projects to advance strategic objectives. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data flow and ensure seamless operation across engagement platforms. u2022 Evaluate emerging tools, such as AI and personalization engines, for scalability and relevance to member engagement strategies. u2022 Support omni-channel communication orchestration and analytics platform integration to enhance member programs and initiatives. u2022 Partner with enterprise technology teams to scope, design, and manage the infrastructure for consumer engagement capabilities. u2022 Lead efforts to ensure operational data aligns with clinical, service, marketing, and analytics requirements. u2022 Monitor and report on project performance to drive measurable impacts and improvements. Requirements u2022 Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and practices. u2022 PMP Certification required to ensure adherence to project management standards. u2022 Extensive experience in IT project management, including infrastructure design and implementation. u2022 Strong ability to utilize Atlassian Jira for project tracking and collaboration. u2022 Excellent communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple interdependencies. u2022 Familiarity with advanced tools such as AI and personalization engines for strategic scalability. u2022 Solid understanding of omni-channel communication and data integration processes.
