Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Management Analyst 4 x2 to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst 4 x2, you will be part of the Data Governance and Compliance Department supporting the Commercial Banking team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Management Analyst 4 x2 Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: What's the Job? + Consult on complex data management initiatives with broad organizational impact and strategic planning. + Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale data challenges, evaluating multiple factors including regulatory and compliance considerations. + Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying in-depth understanding of data policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate strategically with client personnel to ensure data quality and compliance standards are met. + Lead stakeholder working groups to facilitate effective communication and project progress. What's Needed? + 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, demonstrated through work, training, or education. + Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. + Strong background in financial services, particularly within the Commercial Banking domain. + Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, data profiling techniques, and data modeling. + Knowledge of data quality principles, regulatory reporting practices, and key regulations such as FR Y-14Q, BSA/AML, and 2052a.
