Job Title: Clinical Project Manager AssistantJob Description Join a dynamic team as a Clinical Project Manager Assistant, contributing to the management of clinical trials within a highly esteemed Reading Center. This role is vital in supporting the bandwidth of Project Managers due to concurrent studies and leaves, ensuring smooth operation across multiple clinical studies. Responsibilities + Perform independent research and administrative duties to support clinical trial management. + Collect, document, and compile clinical research images and data under the guidance of Project Managers. + Assign reader grading tasks, file study documents, and distribute site initiation forms. + Track certification of site technicians and submission of images and functional tests for grading. + Communicate with sites, sponsors, and CROs regarding study specifics and image issues. + Assist with study startup and site certification activities. + Track, confirm, and document receipt of all images and functional test materials received. + Manage certification reader assignments and assist with other reader assignments as needed. + Respond to data queries as appropriate. + Prepare materials for and perform data quality control review, including reconciliation and reconciliation verification. + Perform data entry, source document verification, filing, and other clerical duties as requested. + Assist all staff members as necessary to meet the needs of various studies. + Attend group meetings and study conference calls as needed. + Provide coverage for assigned studies when Project Manager is unavailable, including time-sensitive activities such as patient screening eligibilities and sponsor requests. + Help train new staff. Essential Skills + 1+ years' experience within clinical research is preferred, but not required. + 2+ years of administrative support experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. + Excellent communication skills (oral and written), good judgment, flexibility, adaptability, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines are required. + Ability to prioritize work assignments, adapt to changing work assignments, and effectively multitask is essential. Work Environment This is a 100% remote position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. While remote, candidates must be located in North Carolina to be eligible for permanent positions and should be close enough to the campus in Durham for onsite training and occasional in-person meetings. The work environment promotes a favorable work-life balance with 40-hour work weeks without taking work home. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
