Description We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the security of cloud-based systems and applications, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Azure, Zero Trust principles, and advanced security technologies. This position offers an opportunity to play a vital role in protecting sensitive data and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: u2022 Monitor and address security alerts in Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Security Center. u2022 Configure and manage identity and access controls using Azure Active Directory, role-based access management, and multi-factor authentication. u2022 Implement and enforce security controls, ensuring systems align with industry frameworks and compliance standards. u2022 Analyze security logs and investigate alerts to support threat detection and incident response. u2022 Secure virtual networks and endpoints within Azure environments. u2022 Deploy and manage encryption strategies, to protect sensitive data. u2022 Assist with security audits, cloud risk assessments, and compliance evaluations. u2022 Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance security measures and respond to emerging threats. u2022 Optimize firewall technologies and policies to strengthen network defenses. u2022 Contribute to the development and improvement of cybersecurity policies and procedures. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Stack and Azure Sentinel. u2022 Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and cloud security practices. u2022 Familiarity with SIEM tools and threat detection methodologies. u2022 Experience with firewall administration and network security technologies. u2022 Understanding of data encryption techniques and application security. u2022 Comptia Security+ certification or equivalent credentials. u2022 Ability to analyze and respond to security incidents with precision and efficiency.
