Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Controller ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, enhances internal controls, and provides leadership in budgeting, compliance, and financial process improvement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Reporting u2022 Ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close u2022 Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries and accounting estimates u2022 Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal policies u2022 Maintain consistency and discipline across accounting processes u2022 Serve as primary accounting lead for internal audits Financial Insight and Analysis u2022 Analyze monthly results, variances, and trends u2022 Support annual budgeting and reforecasting by ensuring reliable baseline data u2022 Analyze margins, cost drivers, and operational performance metrics u2022 Translate accounting results into clear, business relevant insights u2022 Support short term cash forecasting in coordination with the CFO u2022 Identify opportunities to improve accounting and operational processes Internal Controls, Compliance and Risk u2022 Maintain and enhance the internal control environment u2022 Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures u2022 Support SOX compliance and internal audit activities u2022 Identify controls gaps and financial and operational risks within accounting and transactional processes Business Partnership, Process and Scalability u2022 Act as a financial partner to operations and department leaders u2022 Support due diligence for acquisitions, large projects or strategic initiatives u2022 Drive continuous improvement across accounting and finance processes u2022 Standardize procedures to support growth and scalability Qualifications SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES: Each employee has a responsibility for their own safety, the safety of their co-workers, and the community in which they are operating.
