Adecco is hiring The Vinyl Applicator and Fabrication Specialist role ensures trade show exhibit projects are flawlessly executed on the production floor. This role ensures that every project is well-coordinated, properly executed and built and delivered to the client's expectations. This role is also essential in ensuring inventory accuracy, as well as providing insights into transportation schedules, and build schedules. The Vinyl Applicator and Fabrication Specialist produces and installs high-quality graphic applications for trade show booths, exhibits, and event displays. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience applying vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces and understands the precision, speed, and durability required in a trade show environment. Key Responsibilities u2022 Apply vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps to trade show booths, panels, walls, counters, and exhibit structures u2022 Prepare surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and aligning graphics for accurate placement u2022 Read and interpret production drawings, layout instructions, and design specifications u2022 Trim, laminate, mount, and finish graphics as needed u2022 Inspect finished applications for quality, alignment, and durability u2022 Assist with booth setup and breakdown in the production environment and during trade shows when required u2022 Identify, repair or request a replacement of damaged graphics before or during events. u2022 Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work area u2022 Follow safety procedures when working with tools, ladders, and exhibit structures Associated KPIs: u2022 Inventory Accuracy u2022 Safety Metrics (Total Recordable Incident Rate, Near Miss, etc.) u2022 On Time Delivery u2022 Cost Savings Initiatives u2022 Process Improvement Projects Qualifications Required u2022 1 year of experience in a similar role applying vinyl graphics, preferably in a trade show, signage, or exhibit environment. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, bubble-free applications u2022 Familiarity with different vinyl types, laminates, and adhesives u2022 Ability to work with measuring tools and layout guides u2022 Comfortable working under tight deadlines and fast-paced production schedules u2022 Ability to lift and move exhibit components (up to 50 lbs.) u2022 Proven experience handling multiple priorities. u2022 Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. u2022 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. u2022 Ability to learn how to read design drawings, renderings, and production schematics. Preferred u2022 Experience with large-format graphics and modular exhibit systems u2022 Knowledge of substrates such as Sintra, aluminum, acrylic, and fabric-backed Basic understanding of graphic production workflows (printing, laminating, cutting) u2022 Willingness to travel to trade shows or event sites, if required u2022 CAD, SketchUp, or other technical drawing literacy is a plus.
