Description We are looking for a Business Immigration Analyst to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to global immigration solutions while developing your detail-oriented skills and knowledge. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional client service and leveraging industry-leading technology. The Business Immigration Analyst position provides an opportunity to make an immediate impact while gaining training, development, and long-term growth opportunities in the immigration field. The role involves supporting immigration case preparation and providing high-quality client service in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Build expertise in various immigration case types and become familiar with firm processes and client protocols. u2022 Gather, review, and organize documentation for immigration petitions and filings. u2022 Draft and file cases with government agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. u2022 Monitor case progress and adhere to deadlines in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). u2022 Communicate updates, challenges, and escalations to supervisors in a timely manner. u2022 Contribute to team productivity goals while maintaining flexibility and initiative. u2022 Follow firm protocols and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. u2022 Maintain data privacy and accurate use of internal systems to support client and team success. u2022 Collaborate effectively with team members to promote a positive work environment. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree, Associateu2019s degree, Paralegal certification, or relevant client-service experience. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under competing deadlines. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in drafting and proofreading documents. u2022 Capability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues as necessary. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer systems. u2022 A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and productivity. u2022 Commitment to providing outstanding client service and maintaining high-quality standards.
