Create immersive, hands-on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them. + Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client's Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience. + Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. When targets fall short, partner with the Retail Manager to build action plans that get results. + Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasksu2014including opening and closing proceduresu2014and ensure all interactive displays are functioning, clean, and engaging for customers. + Bring positive team energy. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience. What You'll Bring Experience and Education: + High School Diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail + Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling Skills and Attributes: + Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera + Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers + Must be results and detail-oriented + Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology + Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener + High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn + Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills + Able to work well in a team environment + Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time + Flexible availability including nights & weekends Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
