Description Our client, a leading organization in the DC area, is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and landing page development experience. This role is ideal for a detailu2011oriented digital marketer who can build, test, and optimize email campaigns and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions. Youu2019ll collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to execute highu2011quality digital assets within SFMC and related platforms. Key Responsibilities + Build, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Develop and maintain responsive landing pages using HTML/CSS and SFMC tools + Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and automation journeys + Conduct QA testing for email rendering, deliverability, and functionality + Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights + Ensure brand consistency and compliance with digital marketing best practices + Collaborate with crossu2011functional teams to support broader marketing initiatives Requirements Required Skills & Experience + 2u20135+ years of experience in email marketing and digital campaign execution + Handsu2011on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder) + Strong HTML/CSS skills for email and landing page development + Experience with responsive design and crossu2011client email testing + Familiarity with tools like Litmus or Email on Acid + Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics + Excellent communication and projectu2011management skills Preferred Qualifications + SFMC certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, etc.) + Experience with AMPscript or SQL + Background in agency, nonprofit, government, or enterprise environments How to Apply Robert Half is reviewing candidates immediately.
