Weu2019re looking for a dynamic Senior Training Analyst to help bring nextu2011generation Fleet technologies to life. In this role, youu2019ll translate cuttingu2011edge systems into powerful, missionu2011ready training programs and documentation that directly support warfighters and national security priorities. This position is fully onsite with the NIWC PAC team in the vibrant Point Loma area of San Diego, CA. Essential Job Responsibilities u2022 Examine system architecture and engineering processes, and interface with engineering leads to develop training curriculums. u2022 Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. u2022 Research and integrate new and innovative training methods, materials, and techniques. u2022 Participate in program level meetings. Minimum Qualifications u2022 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience (technical degree preferred) u2022 Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance u2022 Advanced proficiency in training development methodologies and industry-standard training design software u2022 Demonstrated expertise in interpreting complex technical systems and translating them into clear, effective training and communication u2022 Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey highly technical information to diverse audiences u2022 Hands-on experience with modern documentation tools, content management systems, and technical writing best practices Preferred Requirements + Proven Navy
